Crash Course - Learn to lead climb on sport routes in 4 hours ! The course will be held at one of the best crags in Batu Caves, which hosts over 50 sport climbing routes with fixed anchors . It 's a great and safe place to train and practice climbing. The course starts with a briefing that covers important elements like belaying techniques, catching a lead climber's fall, equipment needed, clipping techniques, rope management, falling techniques , anchors cleaning and bail climb strategy. You will practice each technique on the ground until comfortable before climb the real route. The guide will select suitable routes for you to practice and will move on to different routes . As you progress, you will gain more confidence and move more smoothly . Sign up for this course if you want to take it to the next level and become a real climber able to climb by yourself!
Daily time slot: 830am - 12:30pm

Meetup: Meetup at the crag, about 30mins car ride from the KL city center.
Transportation: take e-hailing car (GRAB) to the crag
Skills needed: Comfortable climbing/belaying top rope at French grade 5c
Grade of climbs: 5c-6a / 5.9-5.10
Physical: No weight constraint, No long finger nail, tie up long hair, safety harness can only fits waist size smaller than 115cm.

1. Professional, experienced Multi-languages(English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese) speaking guides
*** All our guides are minimum Level 3 SEACF(South East Asia climbing Federation) sport climbing certified, team lead is SEACF Instructor certified
2. UIAA certified climbing safety equipment (Helmet, Harness, Rock Climbing shoe, PAS, Rope, Quickdraws, Belay Device, Chalkbag)
3. First aid kit
*** You can bring your own personal climbing equipment(harness, climbing shoe, helmet, chalkbags etc)
What to bring and wears
Flexible sport attire, long or short pant, preferable dry-fit
Change of clothes, small towel
Plenty of water, min. 1.5L per person
All camera is allow
Sunscreen, hat, cap or sunglasses
Insect repellent
